RARE EARTH: Defense Metals raises funds for Wicheeda PEA
Canada-based Defense Metals Corp says it will use some of the proceeds from exercising warrants to fund a preliminary economic assessment in 2021 for its Wicheeda rare earth carbonate project in British Columbia, Kallanish reports.
It issued 3,157,828 warrants with an exercise price of $0.20/warrant and the remaining unexercised warrants with a 21 December expiry date have expired. That raised $631,565, it reports.
