RARE EARTH: Defense Metals acquires 100% of Wicheeda project
Canada-based Defense Metals says it has acquired 100% of the Wicheeda rare earth project in British Columbia by completing its 2018 option agreement with Spectrum Mining Corp, Kallanish reports.
Defense Metals says it has completed all the required payments, share issuances and exploration expenditures necessary to exercise the option to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Spectrum, which owned 100% of the Wicheeda property.
