Quantron delivers five new hydrogen fuel cell trucks to IKEA Austria
German zero-emission truck manufacturer Quantron announced Monday it has delivered five of its hydrogen fuel cell trucks, the QLI FCEV, to IKEA Austria.
Austria will be the first IKEA market worldwide to use FCEVs, with the vehicles expected to reduce CO2 emissions by 160 tonnes per year. Kallanish notes that IKEA plans to make all last-mile deliveries emission-free by 2025.
