Polestar to adopt Tesla’s NACS charge port
Swedish electric vehicle company Polestar is following the steps of its parent company, Volvo Cars, and joining Tesla’s North American Charging Standard (NACS), Kallanish reports.
The agreement announced on Thursday gives Polestar drivers access to Tesla’s Supercharger network in the US and Canada in mid-2024. From 2025, new Polestar vehicles sold in North America will be equipped with the NACS charging port by default.
