Polestar reports strong H1 performance
Swedish all-electric car brand Polestar saw its revenue and sales roughly double in the first half of the year, thanks to increased Polestar 2 sales and commercial expansion, Kallanish reports.
Revenues increased 95% on-year to $1.04 billion. Deliveries rose 123% to 21,185 EVs in H1, compared to 9,510 cars a year earlier. Gross profit in the period increased 49% to $17.6m, while operating loss rose 143% to $520.5m.
