Piedmont Lithium to re-domicile from Australia to US
Piedmont Lithium says it plans to re-domicile from Australia to the United States in order to make it a stronger part of the US lithium supply chain, Kallanish reports.
The proposed move is subject to approval of shareholders, regulators and the courts.
If approved, the company would move its primary listing from the Australian Securities Exchange to the Nasdaq Capital Market. It will retain an ASX listing via Chess Depository Interests.
