Pensana inks offtake MOU for 25% of Saltend’s production
UK-listed Pensana announced Tuesday it has signed an offtake memorandum of understanding with a “major non-Chinese industry player,” Kallanish reports.
The mysterious deal could lead to Pensana securing sales of 25% of Saltend’s annual planned rare earth oxide production, the company says. Further details are yet to be revealed, but the company says the MOU is an important step in finalising the financing for its project in the Humber Freeport UK…
