Omnia Metals to acquire Dixie Gold, lithium projects
ASX-listed Omnia Metals Group is set to acquire 100% of the issued capital in Dixie Gold, a Canadian exploration company.
Once the acquisition is finalised, Omnia will also gain 100% ownership of Dixie Gold’s four lithium and gold projects, Kallanish reports. This includes the Phoenix Lithium Project – a pegmatite-containing property in the Northwest Territories – and the Torp Lake Lithium Project in Nunavut, among others.
