Nouveau Monde Graphite advances Phases 2, 3 of Quebec plan
Nouveau Monde Graphite says construction is substantially complete for the company’s new graphite coating operation, with commissioning activities underway, Kallanish reports.
Production at the plant in Becancour, Quebec, is expected to start in late third quarter 2022, the company says in announcing that it is advancing to Phase 2 and Phase 3 of its plan. The plant has a capacity of 2,000 tonnes/year of coated spherical purified graphite for EV battery use.…
