Nordex develops 500-kW electrolyser prototype
Germany-based Nordex Group has unveiled the first prototype of its 500-kilowatt (kW) pressurised alkaline electrolyser, Kallanish reports.
Nordex Electrolyzers aims to finalise the design of the serialisable, megawatt-scale product by 2026. Nordex Electrolyzers is a joint venture between Nordex Group – one of the world’s largest wind turbine makers – and the government of Navarra in northeast Spain.
