Nissan reports growing domestic electric vehicles sales share
Japanese automaker Nissan saw the proportion of its electric vehicles sales registered in Japan rise to 52% in the fiscal year through March 2024 (FY23), Kallanish learns. This was up 4 percentage points year-on-year, and up from 39% in FY21.
Its proportion of FY23 electrified sales in Europe reached 47%.
However, based on its operational data released in March, in FY23, its battery electric vehicle sales did not seem optimistic.
