NICKEL: Sibanye-Stillwater to acquire French nickel processing facilities

South Africa-based Sibanye-Stillwater has entered into an exclusive put option agreement to acquire a nickel hydrometallurgical processing plant and related facilities in France with plans to expand those facilities, Kallanish reports. The deal to acquire the Sandouville facility in Normandy is with the French mining group Eramet SA. The price is  €65 million ($77.25m).
