NICKEL: Sibanye-Stillwater to acquire French nickel processing facilities
South Africa-based Sibanye-Stillwater has entered into an exclusive put option agreement to acquire a nickel hydrometallurgical processing plant and related facilities in France with plans to expand those facilities, Kallanish reports.
