NICKEL: Nickel prices to increase in 2021 on bullish market
Equity research analysts at Jefferies have raised their price forecasts for nickel once again, reporting a bullish sentiment for mining this year, Kallanish learns.
According to a note led by Christopher LaFemina, nickel prices will average $8.31/pound this year, which is 10.8% higher than Jefferies’ previous forecast. Spot prices are at around $7.55/lb and long-term prices should are expected at around $8/lb.
