NICKEL, COPPER, PLATINUM: Wyloo Metals ups bid for Noront Resources
Wyloo Metals says it is prepared to top BHP Billiton to acquire Canadian miner Noront Resources at a price of CAD 0.70/share ($0.55/share) and it will install a new board of directors and management at stand-alone Noront, Kallanish reports.
That price is a 192% premium to Noront’s closing price on 21 May 2021 and a 27% premium to BHP’s CAD 0.55/share offer.
