NICKEL, COPPER, PLATINUM: Noront Resources to proceed with private placement
Ontario-based Noront Resources Ltd is proceeding with a private placement and has rejected a loan offer from potential suitor Wyloo Metals.
The private placement is expected to raise CAD 6.1 million ($5.04m) at a price of CAD 0.283/share. The placement of 21.66 m shares is expected to close on 11 June.
