NICKEL, COPPER: Nova acquires royalty on Minnesota project
Nova Royalty Corp says it has closed on its acquisition of a royalty purchase agreement on Antofagasta’s Twin Metals copper-nickel-platinum project in northeast Minnesota, Kallanish reports.
Canadian-based Nova is paying $1.8 million in cash and 161,572 common shares of stock to a subsidiary of Boart Longyear TM for a 2.4% net smelter return royalty on a portion of the Twin Metals project advanced by Antofagasta PLC.
