NICKEL: Auroch Minerals completes Nepean Mine acquisition
Auroch Minerals reports that it has successfully completed its acquisition of the historic Nepean nickel sulphide mine in Western Australia, Kallanish reports.
It has acquired 80% of the shares of Eastern Coolgardie Goldfields Pty Ltd that had owned the mine for AUD 4 million ($3.05m) in cash and shares. The remaining 20% stake in ECG was acquired by Goodfellas Pty Ltd, a newly created private company
