New Toyota Mirai breaks world-record with 845-mile journey
The new-generation Toyota Mirai has recently broken a world-record for the longest distance driven by a hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV) without refuelling, Kallanish reports.
According to the Japanese carmaker, its 2021 model of the Mirai achieved an unprecedented 845-mile range on a single, five-minute complete fill. The record documented by the Guinness World Records occurred on a two-day journey in southern California starting on 23 August.
