More than half of Audi’s 2021 new offerings to be EVs
German premium automaker Audi expects over 50% of its newly introduced models this year to be electrified, paving the way for a portfolio of more than 20 battery electric vehicles (BEVs) by 2025.
The company, which is part of the Volkswagen Group, said in its annual conference on 18 March that its e-tron BEV line “is making a decisive contribution to fulfilment of the company’s targets on CO2 emissions.”
