Mitsubishi, Shell, Vattenfall to build mega-electrolyser in Germany
A consortium in Germany is planning to build a 100-megawatt (MW) electrolyser to produce green hydrogen at a closed coal-fired power plant site in Hamburg, Kallanish reports.
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI), Shell, Vattenfall and municipal company Wärme Hamburg announced on 22 January they intend to jointly develop the project.
