Mexico suggests BMW to confirm €800m EV investment in February
Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador has suggested BMW will announce its decision to build an EV-exclusive plant in Mexico in February, Kallanish learns.
The official said he will meet German representatives of the company, alongside the Mexican foreign affairs minister, next month in San Luis Potosí. The investment will be in the order of €800 million ($865.7m), he says.
