LITHUM: Assays confirm 1.05% lithium at Auroch's Nepean project
Auroch Minerals says assay results from regional sampling of pegmatite veins confirm lithium mineralisation with up to 1.05% lithium at its Nepean nickel project in Western Australia, Kallanish reports.
The new results confirm the lithium-caesium-tantalum (LCT) potential of the sample pegmatites. Further fieldwork is needed to better define and map the pegmatites, as it is unclear whether some of the samples were in-situ or not, the company says. It says it plans …
