LITHIUM: Sayona, Piedmont submit bid for North American Lithium
Australia-based Sayona Mining says it is proceeding to advance its Quebec expansion strategy with an offer to acquire a Quebec lithium carbonate mine being developed by North American Lithium, Kallanish reports.
It says it intends, along with Piedmont Lithium, to acquire Quebec-based North American Lithium. Sayona would own 75% and Piedmont would have a 25% interest. That bid has been submitted for court approval.
