LITHIUM: Sayona closes on Moblan acquisition in northern Quebec
Australia-based Sayona Mining Ltd says it has closed on its acquisition of a 60% stake in the Moblan lithium project in Canada’s Quebec province for $86.5 million, Kallanish reports.
Sayona says it is planning an additional drilling programme at Moblan next year, seeking to expand the lithium resources. The company will also undertake a revised definitive feasibility study targeting an increase in its spodumene production capacity.
