LITHIUM: Millennial shareholders approve acquisition by Lithium Americas
Shareholders of Canada-based Millennial Lithium Corp have approved the acquisition of the company and its Argentina lithium assets by Lithium Americas Corp, Kallanish reports.
The $400 million acquisition by Canada-based Lithium Americas was approved by 98% of Millennial shareholders and warrant holders in a deal that had been announced last November, the companies announced.
