LITHIUM: Livent to resume expansion projects in Argentina, US
US-based lithium producer Livent is resuming its capacity expansion projects in Argentina and the US following a halt in March 2020, Kallanish reports.
The company said on its earnings call on 3 April it will proceed with the projects based on recently signed long-term supply agreements, an improving market outlook and local government and community support. It estimates capital expenditure of $125 million this year.
