LITHIUM: Lake Resource doubles its production target at Kachi
Lake Resources is doubling the targeted lithium carbonate production at its Kachi lithium brine project in Argentina to 50,000 tonnes/year, Kallanish reports.
The Australia-listed firm said in a statement on Wednesday the new base case for the definitive feasibility study (DFS), to be released mid-2022, is underpinned by anticipated increased resource. Yet, other factors have contributed for the decision, it says.
