LITHIUM: Auroch Minerals to acquire 80% interest in Nevada Lithium Project
Australia-based Auroch Minerals is acquiring an 80% stake in a developing lithium project in the western United States, Kallanish reports.
The company will acquire 80% of Nevada Lithium, the 100% shareholder of Nevada Li Corp that holds the lithium rights to the project in southwest Nevada, in what is largely a shares-based agreement. Auroch says it plans to begin exploration as soon as possible, it says.
