Lithium Americas eyes second-half Thacker Pass construction start
Lithium Americas says major construction works at its Thacker Pass project will start in the second half of 2024.
Located in the US state of Nevada, the mine is expected to deliver 80,000 tonnes/year of battery-quality lithium carbonate when it reaches full capacity.
The company says it continues to focus on increasing the level of detailed engineering, alongside advancing procurement and execution planning.
