Lake Resources signs conditional deal with SK On
Australia’s Lake Resources announced on Wednesday it has executed a new condition framework agreement (CFA) in its quest to de-risk its flagship Kachi lithium project in Argentina, Kallanish reports.
The CFA executed with South Korea’s SK on involves a 10% strategic investment in Lake Resources and offtake of up to 25,000 tonnes/year of lithium carbonate equivalent from Kachi. On 7 October, Lake announced a similar deal with WMC Energy.
