Lack of subsidies hampers EV update in Europe: ACEA
The European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (ACEA) says a lack of consumer incentives is hampering the uptake of electric cars in Europe, despite EU legislative efforts to reduce CO2 emission from vehicles.
