Jindalee Resources completes spin out, IPO of Dynamic Metals
Australian miner Jindalee Resources has successfully completed the spin-out and initial public offering of Dynamic Metals, Kallanish notes.
The IPO received strong support from Jindalee shareholders and new investors, raising up to a maximum of AUD 7 million ($4.88m) closing oversubscribed.
Dynamic shares allotted under the IPO were issued on 11 January.
