Jaguar Land Rover, Wolfspeed ink silicon carbide semiconductor deal
British carmaker Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) says it has signed a partnership agreement with US electronics company Wolfspeed to secure supply of silicon carbide semiconductors, Kallanish reports.
