Hy2gen secures clean power for Quebec ammonia project

German green hydrogen developer Hy2gen will receive a block of renewable electricity for a hydrogen and ammonia production plant in Canada, Kallanish reports. The company was selected by Quebec’s Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Energy over its potential to decarbonise the Canadian province and contribute to its economic development.
