Hertz cuts 20,000 EVs from global fleet

US-based rental car agency Hertz Global Holdings now plans to sell off a third of its global EV fleet and reinvest in internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles. The company revealed the move in a regulatory filing on 11 January, noting that it began selling some of the 20,000 EVs last month.
