Syrah Resources to add solar, battery storage at Balama
Syrah Resources says it has made a final investment decision to add solar and battery storage at its Balama graphite project in northern Mozambique, Kallanish reports.
Syrah and Solar Century Africa selected an 11.25 megawatt solar photovoltaic installation combined with an 8.5 megawatt-hour battery energy storage system to be integrated into Balama’s existing 15 MW diesel-powered generation plant.
