GRAPHITE: Syrah expects Balama sales to surge this quarter
Australian natural graphite producer Syrah Resources expects sales from its Balama operations to more than quadruple this quarter on robust demand, Kallanish reports.
The company revealed in a presentation on Monday the graphite operations in Mozambique produced 13,000 tonnes in the December 2021 quarter, at 82% recovery. Sales reached 19,000 t at an average price of $530/t cif.
