GM dumps Trump emissions challenge in California
Detroit Big Three auto producer General Motors has pulled its support from a Trump administration emission law challenge in California, citing its support for the growth of the electric vehicle industry.
GM ceo Mary Barra notified environmental groups in a letter this week that it would be “withdrawing from the preemption litigation and inviting other automakers to join us.”
