GM becomes Tesla’s new EV charging partner in the US
General Motors says it is committed to a unified charging standard as it announces a partnership with Tesla, just like Ford did last month, Kallanish reports.
Under the carmakers partnership, GM will integrate the North American Charging Standard (NACS) connector design into its EVs beginning in 2025. From early next year, GM drivers will be able to charge their cars in Tesla’s Supercharger network using an adapter.
