Germany’s BEV sales quadruple in June
Germany’s electric vehicles sales continued to increase in June, with new registrations of fully-electric vehicles (BEVs) quadrupling, Kallanish reports.
The latest data from the Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA) shows that BEV sales reached 33,420 units last month – a rise of 311.6% year-on-year and a market share of 12.2%. Plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) sales increased 191.3% y-o-y to 31,314 units – a share of 11.4% of all sales.…
