GAC Aion mulls EV battery plant in Indonesia
Chinese carmaker GAC’s NEV branch Aion may also build a battery plant on top of its previously announced electric vehicle plant in Indonesia.
According to Indonesian media outlets, GAC Aion intends to establish an EV battery facility in the country before 2030, quoting the company’s managing director for Southeast Asia, Haiyang Ma.
