Fujian Longking to issue shares to Zijin Mining for energy storage expansion
Shanghai-listed manufacturer Fujian Longking announced a new private placement proposal. It plans to issue shares to its holding shareholder Zijin Mining to raise up to CNY 1.54 billion ($214.9 million) to partially fund an energy storage expansion project, Kallanish learns.
