FREYR completes combination, canvasses customers
Norwegian battery cell company FREYR has completed its combination with Alussa Energy and commenced trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) last week.
The new company, FREYR Battery, is developing 43 gigawatt-hours of annual battery cell production capacity at Mo i Rana, Norway. It should be online by 2025, Kallanish notes.
