French public charging infrastructure grows 44% in 2023
France’s public EV charging infrastructure installation has grown by 44% in 2023 compared to the slower pace seen in 2022, according to domestic e-mobility association Avere-France.
As of 31 December 2023, the public charging network stood at 118,009 units. Of that, 35,902 charging points were installed in 2023 and 3,623 in December. The network had 82,107 chargers at the end of 2022.
