Fortescue taps Detroit for battery manufacturing centre
Australia-listed green energy company Fortescue Energy has decided to locate its forthcoming US Advanced Manufacturing Centre in Detroit, Michigan, Kallanish reports.
The firm said Tuesday it intends to remodel an existing 410,000-square-foot facility on Detroit’s Piquette Avenue, which will house the manufacturing and engineering workspace.
