Ford raises over $400m in Rivian shares sale
Ford has sold 15 million shares in Rivian in the past week, raising around $402.56m with a new sale tranche reported to US authorities on 13 May.
The legacy carmaker said in its latest security filing it disposed of 7m common shares at an average price of $26.88/share. Prices varied from $26.45-27.72/share, Kallanish notes.
