Federal judge sets court date for Thacker Pass lithium mine lawsuit
A federal judge has set a January 2023 hearing on the planned Thacker Pass lithium mine planned in northwest Nevada by Lithium Americas, Kallanish reports.
US District Judge Miranda Du in Reno, Nevada, will hear oral arguments on 5 January in a lawsuit filed by mine opponents about the federal decision to allow the giant project to proceed.
