European Metals redomiciles to Australia, changes Cinovec plans
European Metals Holdings (EMH) has been redomiciled from the British Virgin Islands to Australia, as part of its plans to reduce costs and improve administration and operation efficiency.
The move means the Australia-listed firm will also need to be re-admitted to the London Stock Exchange’s AIM. The readmission is set to enable share trading on 10 May, Kallanish learns from EMH.
