European Lithium to expand Austrian project portfolio
Australia-listed European Lithium (EUR) is planning to increase its Austrian portfolio with the purchase of 245 exploration licences covering three new projects, Kallanish reports.
The company announced on Monday it agreed to a purchase deal with Richmond Minerals’ subsidiary Ontario. The transaction, subject to due diligence, includes $250,000 in cash, 2 million shares and 2m options. The companies expect to complete the deal on 7 July.
