E.ON, Nikola plan fuel cell electric vehicle JV in Europe
German utility E.ON and US vehicle manufacturer Nikola are working to set up a joint venture to offer integrated hydrogen mobility solutions in Europe, Kallanish reports.
Under a term sheet signed by the parties, they intend to establish a JV by year-end, combining truck technology and hydrogen infrastructure. They are now entering the negotiation of final terms.
